SPAM - We do not tolerate spam
We are an Email Service Provider. We do not send out unsolicited messages (spam) nor do we have a list.
If you have received an unsolicited message an would like to file a complaints, please take the following actions:
- Send a copy of the message to abuse@moomia.com
- Include the detailed message header.
- The message header should contain moomia.com as the sending server, if it doesn't, you will need to send your spam complaint to the administrator at the sending domain.
- If the message header does contain moomia.com as the sending server, we will investigate the matter and take proper action, which is usually closing the spammer's account and blocking the IP address if it is static.
Here is an example of a message that did not originate from Moomia.com, but the remove link points to an address at Moomia.com
To effectively deter this spammer, it more more efficient to cancel their sending account. The sending account in the example shown below is located on the srv43.2day.com domain, it is there that you must file the complaint.
